Understandable; however, I feel this can be accomplished by having a diverse group of furries around oneself (just existing solely in VRChat 8 hours a day ain't it!).
If you end up on the organizational side of the fandom (meets, cons, โฆ) you'll inevitably be involved way more.
The furry lifestyle only is with me during social meetups and conventions. My main hobbies donโt revolve around this fandom. It scares me that people who are this deep into the fandom donโt extend relationships, friendships and hobbies outside of this!

If all your fandom experience is, is making TikToks or existing in the VRChat world as your sole hobby, the fact that this is your sole hobby is your problem.
It's not inherently furry-related. You can have many different hobbies with many different furries. Diversify yourself.
