This summer Shakhtar's charity matches raised 484,000 euros for Ukrainians affected by war. In total their charity matches, series of which started back in April, raised more than 1,195,000 euros.

The match between "Rukh" and "Metalist" was the first to be interrupted due to an air raid warning. The game was interrupted three times because of Russia. The second air raid lasted as long as 80 minutes, and in total the game went on for 4 hours.
