On average, the harder you hit the ball, the further you are going to move runners. Either scoring them or moving them closer to scoring

Want a secret tip?
Throw off the mound more often. Even at low intensity.
If 80% of your reps on are flatground or into a plyo wall, chances are you won’t see the transferability to the mound you’re looking for.
The mound is our office. Spend more time on it.

It’s this type of behavior that negatively impacts the future of our game. Regardless of whether the kid’s talent level was up to par, feeling the need to tweet about it to score twitter points with your fellow coach friends is abhorrent and beneath the profession. Be better.

Man, THIS is why I love watching Cole...pitch 114 coming in at 99 mph to wrap up the CG shutout!
You simply didn’t see this stuff with him in Pittsburgh...reinventing his programming and buying in to his routine has turned him into a $300 million dollar man, and rightfully so.
