With no competition they are taking passengers for granted. Our flight from Varanasi to Kolkata on 24th Jan 2025 scheduled at 12 noon got delayed on account fog at CCU... I had my 1 year baby with me. What started as 30 mins delay ultimately left Varanasi at 4 pm. Pathetic.
