The Eritrean national, was subsequently charged and on Thursday 9 October 2025 a jury at Canterbury Crown Court found him guilty of sexual assault following a 10 day trial.
On Thurs 18th Dec , he was sentenced to 9 years in prison at Canterbury Crown Court.
