Something that has intrigued me since I obtained LEED accreditation is whether or not private RE Developers saw value in the program. Could the Retwit community indulge my curiosity on this topic? Is LEED Certification something that you consider in Private RE Development?

Often I like to read books that challenge my way of thinking. This book did just that. Although I do not agree completely with most of the conclusions provided by the author, it did allow me to see City Planning and organization in a different light.

Thinking about a Twitter handle if I went Anon… “City Process Sherpa” or “Planning Commission Whisperer” or “Dirt Calc Guy” Not sure any of these have quite the same affect as Strip Mall Guy @realEstateTrent
