My "professional" heart is breaking! Shitty venue contracts are going to cripple or even worse - sink - some event hosts!

"Event contracts are no longer about the EVENT DATES themselves, they must absolutely reflect the JOURNEY TO THE EVENT" said me, this morning during a webinar preparation session. Planners: how are you changing your contracting practices?
