My 2019 New Years resolution was to use less plastic and to reduce my plastic waste by recycling as much as possible. A year on and I’m fully committed!
I’ve done this game so many times with Theo, but now he can say the colours it’s even more fun! No new toys bought, just using what we have. #reuse#multipurpose#toddlerfun#colours#rainbow
This is huge. @Loreal cuts out the plastic and takes shampoo bars to mass market. Now available in @BootsUK and coming to other stores in 2021.
The bars use 80% less packaging and 70% less fossil energy. What are you waiting for?

My son tipped Cheerios onto the floor today. Instead of them going straight into the bin, I blended them up and made edible sand! It kept him happy for over 30minutes and it meant the food wasn’t totally wasted!

Spending a cold Sunday afternoon doing sudoku with my son from a brain game book we purchased in a charity shop before lockdown. #plasticfree#reuse#charityshop
Two birthday cards bought in @sainsburys today with no #plastic in sight! I usually find it difficult buying #plasticfree cards (as I’ve previously mentioned) but not today! Hurrah!
My son and I cut the bottoms off of plastic bottles to create #DIY poppies! We then glued them onto a scrap piece of wood (from an old desk) and created a poppy display for our door step. #lestweforget#RemembranceSunday#PoppyAppeal
