This is not a falcon, but a European honey buzzard named "PΓ€ivi." The map shows her migration from South Africa to Finland April 15-June 1, 2015. PΓ€ivi received her transmitter at her nest in Vesilahti, Finland on August 13, 2013, and was last tracked in May 2019.

The 'presented images' were shown to a group of humans. The 'reconstructed images' were the result of an fMRI output to Stable Diffusion.
In other words, #stablediffusion literally read people's minds.
