U21 = UNDER 21.
Barney Stewart, Connor Allan etc are not under 21, albeit understand why it’s been pointed out
HOWEVER
Surely we can ignore technicalities & see the obvious, wider issue?

Bear in mind we are league / nation that doesn’t have the riches to spend big every window
If this isn’t evidence for change being required then I don’t know what is.
