So although Sixer got their collision reverted to normal, I tested these same spots again and a few of them still end up working.
If a map wasn't included from this original thread here, then that spot no longer works anymore.

While I was testing with Sixer's new collision changes, I found because it's positioned higher than other killers he can now walk over certain things on certain map, some of which are genuinely game changing. (🧵)

That's basically it, I can only assume some of these still work because the green capsule for Sixer's collision box is still higher than the average survivor/killer's.
