Another cool announcement from the Nintendo Direct that didn't get too much screen time but looks awesome is Atelier Karia from Koei Tecmo. Definitely going to be checking this game out. The gameplay looks fun Launches early 2027 on Switch 2, PS5, PC and Xbox Series.

Amazon is price matching Walmart on physical copies of Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave for $69.97. The Special Edition of the game is also available for preorder from Amazon right now. Once the game releases the physical copy will go up to $79, so if you want to play at launch I recommend pre ordering at Walmart or Amazon.

Big love to @TheNCSmaster his page is great. This comment made me go back and look at the Switch 1 3rd party games and the vids I made on them. And I realized Switch 1 didn't have a single day and date with PS/Xbox, new AAA 3rd party game in it's entire life 💀 (correct me if I'm wrong) The excitement from comments back in the Switch 1 era were: "WOW we're getting a 6 year old port of Skyrim 8 months after the system launches!" Or "HOW did they get DOOM 2016 on Switch !?" While Switch 2 is getting mainline: Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Alien Isolation, Tomb Raider, Call of Duty, Onimusha day and date with other platforms. In addition to fairly recent games like Street Fighter, Stellar Blade, Digimon, Gran Blue, Dragon's Dogma and more. The standards were REALLY low at the time after the Wii U / 3DS. 😅

Like I've said many times before, Xbox's business model isn't sustainable and hasn't been for years. Microsoft finally admitted this.

So I played the Star Fox Switch 2 demo and that ish is straight GAS 🔥 - smooth visuals & highly detailed new cinematics - locked 60fps gameplay - great controls w/ tons of options - nice HD Rumble 2 that has various vibrations based on what happens - great voice acting

Star Fox on Switch 2 uses Velan Studios in-house Viper Engine to render real time cinematics, 60fps gameplay & high fidelity visuals. These devs also did Mario Kart Home Circuit & were rumored to be working on a 3D Donkey Kong game when they were part of Activision / Blizz.

Resident Evil Veronica will be a 3rd person perspective game according to Capcom. The first person view in the debut trailer was to build suspense and not immediately reveal it was Resident Evil.

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Dagdan Edition is sold out everywhere but Target here in the US it seems. I looked into why people aren't buying it from Target and it's because the game ships AFTER the launch date of September 17th in many locations. NEVER change Fire Emblem fans! 🤣 via IGN
