Maybe I should break this down in simple terms.
Once we agree on a specific date, time, and location, the next step is the deposit.
When I send you a quote and the payment details using the method we've agreed upon, the deposit is expected the same day. If you need more time to process the payment, simply let me know.
If the deposit is sent after that day, you must first reconfirm my availability, as I have other commitments and may no longer be available for the agreed slot.
Please note that I will not refund deposits that are sent in error or without confirming availability first.
Do what you say you will do, or at the very least communicate clearly about your schedule and timing.
There is no agreement, and no date is reserved, until the deposit has been received.
