His focus will be driving partnerships, content, growing the athlete roster, IRL events and opportunities, driving revenue, sustaining brand quality control and leading the charge We’ve also brought in @SaiphEsca and his amazing wife along with their extensive experience in social media, driving campaigns, SEO and content creation And last but certainly not least we are so excited to bring @OllyUpHodlings into the team … this one is special because Olly owns a successful marketing agency and brings a portfolio of success in optimizing brand presence, driving momentum and scaling sales. This is an expansion we have been working on as everything so far has been done in house with a small team and limited experience. Of course our very own @Finch_O_N_E remains the lead designer for the brand which is incredible to begin with We aim for Quirk Life to be an apparel, streetwear, action sports and lifestyle the world recognizes on the beaches, ramps and streets over the next 2-3-5-10 years and beyond. As desktop & mobile UIs for popular harnesses emerge, there are clear problems (and opportunities!). We are addressing these directly with ThinkOS...a desktop & mobile application (coming soon!) that allows you to completely own/build your own AI....even as a non-technical person....even in complex business settings: (1) Local, private, model-agnostic, uncensored, & independent AI must be encouraged by default. (2) Your thoughts/memories/context shouldn't be fractured across providers. These are yours. Context/permissions can be carefully given to your teams/projects as needed on a peer-to-peer basis. (3) Big Tech seems content to partner with top harnesses as long as centralized API keys/oauths are front and center (it doesn't need to be this way!). (4) Even Big Tech harnesses are too complex for most people, which requires hiring expensive forward-deployed engineers (FDEs) to get your company up to speed. Most companies are falling dangerously behind. (5) ThinkOS aims to DRAMATICALLY simplify the wins for everyday people with private, independent AI across personal and professional projects. Complex connectors/skills/tools/artifacts lose basically everyone except advanced AI architects (hence the need for expensive FDEs). (6) ThinkOS will, of course, allow advanced users to setup complex agentic swarms/teams like other harnesses/frameworks. In addition, we believe our UX will make these easier to manage across multiple models. (7) While Big Tech models will, of course, be optional (like any other model....hence "model-agnostic")...we are designing for local models by default....and leveraging Compiled Intelligence to reduce the need for LLM calls over time.

Drove a few hours down to Miami today to the Pudgy HQ for a mastermind @LucaNetz put together… worth every minute Didn’t know who was gonna be there but a really great crew showed up I probably forgot a few or don’t have your X but @illaDaProducer @LucaNetz @Maaaaahhhaaaaa @HenryTheGrape @kaneco @doodlifts @atarigod @ajt @Gabrielesm1 @ernestleedotcom @6529Guardian @collectionist @Digitoys @tolibear_ @BitGo and a few others showed up It was also really special to have @HollanderAdam repping @opensea and @mikashi repping @MetaMask in the room as well Luca layed out a landscape of the space, problems and solutions and the convos started to flow I believe today we realized that even though many of our projects are different, many of our futures have different plans of execution… we are stronger if we’re aligned I gained a new level of respect for Luca, I got to see a side I haven’t seen. I think today was the birth of a coalition of sorts, a cohort… @illaDaProducer said it best, “probably should have happened in 2022” Some “important” founders of bigger projects didn’t show or send someone to rep… imo bad look… but If we can keep these masterminds going, I believe the overall perception of NFTs will get better… the tech will also get better and be more fit to what we need and… ultimately collectors across all collections and chains will be better off 💯 I want to also give flowers to @HollanderAdam who handled today like a gem. Quirkies stand with OpenSea every step of the way. We appreciate how involved and real you were along side of @mikashi and MM… If we have those two in the convos going forward I truly believe we can grow to insane levels as a category… not just as projects competing for liquidity and attention… but improve the category as a whole 💯 Of course I leave the meeting and deal with some Twitter bs but man… today was special and I was happy to represent Quirks in that room.
