So great to welcome Food Is Fun CIC and their slow cooker roadshow to St Mark's, Plymouth yesterday morning. Some fantastic ideas and recipes shared and the food cooked was amazing! Also great to have support from Zoe from Wolseley Trust & Jo from @Coop.

So happy to be part of @coopuk and be able to support @PlymTogether, @MomentsPlym and @PlymUniHealth for a lovely relaxed Christmas service for people with dementia and other memory loss difficulties at @StPaulsPlym. The @StGeorgesPlym choir sang beautifully too!
