🇺🇸🇮🇷 Details of the latest U.S.-Iran draft proposal, according to Amit Segal & various other sources:
– Iran agrees to a 15-year enrichment suspension, with the exception of research reactors for medical isotopes.
– Iran’s stockpile of 60% and 20% uranium would be partially converted to reactor fuel, and partially ‘downblended’ to a lower enrichment level. However, it won’t leave Iran.
– Full IAEA supervison on Iran’s nuclear sites.
– Opening the Strait of Hormuz, with the possibility of collecting tolls.
– The U.S. will offer Iran phased sanctions relief
– The U.S. will unfreeze all Iranian assets currently frozen abroad, amounting to $20 Billion or more.
– The U.S. will commit to a non-aggression pact with Iran that is ensured through a UN National Security Council resolution and a treaty ratified by Congress.
– The U.S. will withdraw all its military forces from the Persian Gulf.

Pop’s parked his high school fastback mustang right after he met my mother, yesterday his grandson opened the shop door and sat in the car, he wiped decades of dust off the odometer, 1300 miles…I assumed it had a 100k. I had no idea.

You can’t have affordable houses when a water connection cost 10k, a sewer connection cost 15k and your flat rate before using a drop of water is $300 a month, sorry, this doesn’t pencil. Home builders paying 1 million per fire hydrant hook up fee …lol. Something has to give.

I just read a local article where a water district is paying a better pension than Cal Fire. This district raised rates over 300% in 5 years to pay for this cost. Eventually retirees pension’s will be on the ballot for reform, mark my word. Those promises will be rolled back.

This coming from someone who supports pensioners. Unfortunately it’s gone to far, I see the anger, I hear the community complaints, Unions better take notice or I guarantee those who already retired will have their benefits rolled back, yep a constitutional amendment !
