#ThrowbackThursday New Kenya Police recruits march into Kiganjo Police Training College under the watchful eye of School Sergeant Major M’Rindari Mukiira. A firm but fair disciplinarian, Mukiira earned the respect of recruits and the admiration of fellow officers through his professionalism, deep knowledge and uncompromising standards. As a master of silent drill, he demanded precision, discipline and immediate obedience to orders. By his retirement in 1954, Mukiira had risen to become the Sergeant Major of the Kenya Police Force and Chief Drill Instructor, leaving behind a legacy that helped shape generations of officers. #KenyaPoliceHistory #Kiganjo #PoliceHeritage #ThrowbackThursday
