Last night whilst on #OpTreacle patrol for Halloween, S/Insp Booth and SC Jones from our @CheshPolSC team arrested a male for theft and drunk & disorderly. The male was being anti-social in a supermarket, stole alcohol and then started to threaten officers so he was arrested.
