It’s milestone-based and designed to convert the project into fully legally operable, inspection-backed commercial production. This significantly strengthens our validation phase and institutional readiness heading into steady-state performance. Now in English 📷 This partnership will prevent future delays on any zoning and permitting. We tried to do it by ourselves to save money and lost sooooo much time because of it. NEVER AGAIN... Tranche 2 is focused on securing offtakers and buyers ( we are working on securing 30-50% of our egg production to be sold before we even begin production)

Your reputation will matter, and you will need others to vouch for you. The first group that I vouch for, will have a limited number of vouches, and you do not want to vouch for someone who may potentially get kicked in the future. I will send a separate post on how it works in detail. There is a reason why The Plague community is still one of the strongest in CT. It is because of the people. And it will be because of the people that we are still standing and thriving for years to come. That being said, no community can hold together in the long run if it is not somewhat exclusive. The Top 5 things I am saying no to in 2026 1.) Doomscrolling - I have taken X off my phone. Scrolling the timeline without intentionality is the biggest time-suck there is. 2.) Meetings without a clear purpose and/or benefit. My time has a cost. I should start treating it accordingly. 3.) Trying to reason with the unreasonable. Especially on X.... Unfollow -> Mute --> Block -- in that order 4.) Leverage trading. I tried it in 2025 and I lost. 5.) Mediocrity. I have allowed it both inside and outside of Web3 recently. From myself and from others. My list is much longer than this. But I won't publish everything. I suggest everyone make their own list as well.

Ok, the Exodus of @ThePlagueNFT begins Saturday morning. My article "The Story of the Plague" will be published that morning as well.

NFTs are the single best form of onboarding people into crypto. Unfortunately, for the most part they were onboarded into a casino. I still believe in my original vision as NFTs being the vehicle for a global community working together. And I still believe the @ThePlagueNFT will fulfill that vision
