Our CT5K group has now finished on a Monday evening, but we do a 5k run from the Poole shop at 6pm every Monday - all welcome!

Could the lovely lady who cleaned us out of Superfeet flip flops (😉) and also bought some of the chlorophyll Supplement please pop back sometime, I overcharged you for the supplement but will sort it out when you next come by 👍

We have a spare treadmill that's come back from Poundbury but we're not ready for it to go into our new Poole 'Runzone' so have nowhere to put it for a few weeks . . . If anybody wants to make use of it and has a space to put it feel free to let us know :)

Our Xmas shindig is in full flow..there’s loads of offers on shoes, 20% off apparel, 3 for 2 on all accessories - so some great Xmas pressies plus a dam good raffle, hit mince pies and mulled wine 🍷.We’ll be here till 9pm ish so plenty of time to get involved :)
