Honestly I don’t want to hear your thoughts about ‘regimes’ in the Middle East and sub Saharan Africa unless you are also accepting the levels of corruption and cruelty from the US means we shouldn’t work with them either

I love this but my mother always insisted on making her own. As an adult I’ll accept she had a point & hers is delicious but ooooft as a kid I wanted the naff overly sugary one

I think ozempic / wegovy etc clearly have a place (and have helped a lot of people) but why is that place Facebook advertising?
