Apparently Roblox reverted the feature, but the fact that said feature exists probably means it's possible it'll be pushed to the public in the future.
It'd probably be better to make a solution for it in case Roblox does release it again.

I’ve once thought about a tutorial place for item asylum before. One that guided you through the basics of the game, like items, status effects and gamemodes, but I figured the game itself is easy to understand how things work.
Apparently not for some people I guess.
