The majority of residents are denied access to the Council-owned beach, while shoreside residents can access it easily. This is grossly unfair, when we all pay our rates, and options for accessing the beach are readily available for the Council to create. Come on, MEABC - the good people of Greenisland deserve to access the beach; we love our environment, and we will take care of it. Let's #ShareTheShore!

Where to begin with how much I loved this tour of the Norman St. Nicholas Church in Carrickfegus? From the crozier of Louis MacNeice’s father to Santa Clause’s grotto to the old font pre-Norman font from St. Mary’s, which I touched for luck. What a mystical and wonderful place. If I had a magic wand, I’d fill the town centre with people milling about on a Sunday enjoying what they already have! Thank you @positivecarrick, @jozebwrites and the very entertaining minister!
