Another day, another 2 hours on hold with @Gap. Still haven't gotten in touch with anyone regarding my issue and I've spent nearly 5 hours on hold...is the goal for me to give up? This is terrible.

My 14 year old neighbor keeps opening her bedroom windows and like 5 mins later her dad keeps coming in and closing them and saying “how do these keep getting open?!” And as a parent I’m really not sure whose side I’m on today, bc its 65 and sunny out.
