Post hooks used to be one of the go-to moves for big men, but in #NBA2K25, they’re practically useless. It’s frustrating to see such a classic offensive move get sidelined, especially for players who love to dominate in the paint. When every player and build seems to just shoot threes all game, it makes the game feel a bit one-dimensional. There’s so much more to basketball than just three-pointers, and having a variety of offensive options keeps things fresh and fun. It’s time to buff post hooks and bring back some much-needed diversity to the game. Big men should have the tools to back down and score in the post without being limited to just a few moves. Let’s make the game more enjoyable for all playstyles.
