Ireland๐ฎ๐ช had the highest share of 25 to 34 year olds with a third level education in the EU in 2022 at 62% compared to an average of 42%๐งโ๐.
On average, women in Ireland (65%) were more likely to have a third level education than men (59%).

Proposed changes to the definition of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey were made in 2021 and finally it appears that the Dept. of Ag are moving to a period of Public Consultation to confirm the changes to the definitions to make them historically accurate
