The NFL has clarified the Roughing the Passer rule
Defenders are not allowed to:
-Run toward a QB
-Tackle a QB
-Hit a QB
-Touch a QB
-Breathe on a QB
-Look at a QB
-Say the letters “Q” and “B” together
As long as they do none of that, they will avoid a roughing penalty

I found myself watching a movie from 2015 called Barely Lethal (no it’s not porn) it has @SamuelLJackson and @HaileeSteinfeld in it among other stars. And as entertaining as it was...I laughed the hardest at @steveo ‘s line halfway through the movie.
