Our latest work in @J_A_C_S captures a reactive silver nitrene in crystallo an important but elusive intermediate in C–H functionalization. The triplet nitrene species is confirmed by further spectroscopy, and computation. Link: pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/jac… Congrats to all involved!
