For years I have recommended clients use a "lint sock" on their washer hose to prevent the sink from clogging. Today's client called it a "washer condom" and I don't think I will ever see one again without laughing to myself. 😄🏠🔍

@FamilyRoofing A roof cricket is a sloped backing that diverts water away from the chimney and down the roof. A roof cricket is built from wood and then metal flashing added or asphalt shingles on top. The roofer incorporates the chimney cricket into the chimney flashing system.
