I must know at least 10 Exeter grads. Literally all of them got into target schools and are on elite professional tracks (PE, VC, Big Law, MBB, Surgeon, FAANG, etc). Exeter literally hands you that opportunity on a silver platter. The exception is not the rule
A tale of two Exeter grads.
Girl 1: rich surgeon dad but cursed with a low IQ, Exeter and then a crappy SEC college. Now works in influencer marketing in L.A., gets pounded by a different guy every week.
Girl 2: middle class family from Deep South but blessed with a high IQ, top of her class at Exeter, wins numerous math contests, top of her class at MIT, early employee at a decacorn startup, now a partner at an elite VC fund.
Two girls, roughly the same age, same high school. But their paths diverged wildly.
IQ is destiny. It cannot be faked. It cannot be bought by daddy’s money. It is the #1 predictor of life outcomes.
