Marsch needs to use a Jonathan David-Larin front 2 in the next match. Canada looked so much better with Larin’s presence in the box. Would like see Alphonso Davies then used at left midfield of the 4-4-2, getting crosses in which Larin showed he can make use of in his sub cameo.

Very impressed by South Korea’s central build-up play in that opening match. Kim Min-Jae, Hwang In-Beom and Kang-In Lee was a central axis of penetration. They all played several top passes. And Hwang In-Beom and Kang-In Lee are excellent at spinning away from their marker.
