Everyone’s wellbeing is considered at Benedict House, even our hardworking teachers. This evening was our wellbeing staff meeting. We began with 10 mins of mindfulness from @yourfloatingbed followed by some nibbles, rounders and basketball. Happy teachers all round! #wellbeing.
