🚨 IN FLORIDA: YOUR VOUCHERS ARE FUNDING A PARALLEL SOCIETY
Florida’s universal voucher program is pouring millions of taxpayer dollars into Islamic schools operating within a Brotherhood-linked ecosystem.
According data, two Tampa-based Islamic schools alone — Hifz Academy and Bayaan Academy — have received approximately $18.38 million in state-funded school vouchers.
The numbers:

$15,711,396 in voucher funds since 2015
Largest year: 2024

Hifz publicly boasts about preserving Islam “better than in Arab countries.”

Bayaan Academy is led by Magda Elkadi Saleh, daughter of Ahmed Elkadi, a senior U.S. Muslim Brotherhood figure.
American Youth Academy (AYA), which is also receiving YOUR MONEY:
Rebranded from a school founded by convicted Palestinian Islamic Jihad supporters. It is expanding with taxpayer dollars adjacent to Masjid al-Qassam, named after a Hamas inspiration.
Bayaan Academy & Universal Academy:
Enforcing Sharia-aligned rules - no American holidays, strict modesty codes, Quran-centric curricula over assimilation.
Reviver Academy:
Tied to an imam who publicly called America “garbage,” yet still received over $500,000 in voucher funds.

“Florida vouchers cover 70–90% of tuition… attracting Muslims nationwide.”
“I have visited 28 states and have not seen anything like this. This school gives you the feeling of your homeland.”
Florida has now designated the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization - so why are voucher funds still flowing to schools embedded in Brotherhood-linked networks?
IN TEXAS: BROTHERHOOD SCHOOLS LINING UP FOR YOUR MONEY
Texas’s new Education Freedom Accounts — exceeding $10,000 per child — are poised to bankroll Islamic schools tied to Hamed Ghazali, explicitly named in the 1991 Muslim Brotherhood Memorandum as a key operative.
🔺Ghazali's record: Produced pre-9/11 jihad recruitment videos in U.S. mosques.
🔺Fundraised for groups convicted of financing Hamas and al-Qaeda.
🔺Defended fatwa against Salman Rushdie.
🔺Now runs Houston Quran Academy, planning to hike tuition to max voucher amounts.

FLORIDA TAXPAYERS ARE BEING FORCED TO FUND ISLAMIZATION.
School Choice was sold as freedom for parents.
Instead, your tax dollars are funding ideological hostility to America.
RAIR Foundation has exposed how Florida’s School Choice program is being used to pay tuition at Islamic schools all across the state whose leaders openly reject American traditions, American values, and American society itself.
One of them is Reviver Academy, reportedly owned by Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah and directly tied to Imam Fadi Kablawi.
This is the same imam who has appeared on video:
• Calling the U.S. President “human garbage”
• Calling Marco Rubio “gay”
• Declaring Western traditions immoral and corrupt
Florida taxpayers are paying OVER $7,000 PER CHILD for this.
On video Kablawi openly stated the goal of Islamic schools is to eliminate American traditions:
❌ No Thanksgiving
❌ No Halloween
❌ No Valentine’s Day
❌ No birthdays
That is not education. That is ideological conditioning.
Publicly available sermons show Kablawi:
• Disparaging Christians
• Demonizing Jews
• Blaming women for rape
• Declaring America deserving of destruction for allowing equal rights
And it gets worse.
Kablawi has publicly acknowledged FBI scrutiny.
One of his congregants was arrested after attempting to recruit ISIS to murder college officials.
The suspect’s own mother blamed Kablawi’s influence.
In March 2024, Rep. Randy Fine demanded a state investigation.
The Florida Department of Education warned funding could be revoked.
It doesn’t appear to have been. Why?
More than HALF A MILLION DOLLARS in taxpayer-funded scholarships have already flowed to this school.
The money appears to still be flowing.
This is the reality:

RAIR Foundation USA has confirmed that Islamic schools in Texas tied to Hamed Ghazali are actively positioning themselves to receive Texas taxpayer funds through the state’s new school-choice program.
Hamed Ghazali is not a minor figure in Islamic education.
He is explicitly named in the Muslim Brotherhood’s 1991 Explanatory Memorandum, a document introduced as evidence in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism-financing case.
That memorandum outlines a long-term strategy to build influence in the West through institutions, with education as a central pillar.
🚨 That same education network is now preparing to access Texas taxpayer-funded programs.
Court records, archived video, and Ghazali’s own public statements reflect a long-standing record that includes:
• Fundraising for the Occupied Land Fund, later convicted of financing Hamas
• Producing and distributing pre-9/11 jihad recruitment videos featuring senior jihad figures
• Promoting Sayyid Qutb’s Milestones, a foundational text for modern jihad movements
• Publicly defending Iran’s death fatwa against author Salman Rushdie
• Serving on the Muslim Brotherhood’s North American leadership structure in the early 1990s
More recently, Ghazali told the Houston Chronicle that he plans to raise tuition to the maximum voucher amount, signaling an expectation that his schools will capture the full value of taxpayer-funded vouchers if approved.
Governor Greg Abbott has declared the Muslim Brotherhood a banned organization in Texas.
So this is no longer theoretical.
