I feel #3…there is a balance to strike between async/sync communication that’s insanely difficult with remote. This is why solutions like @PresenceChat (when adopted org-wide) can be that balance. In between scheduled zooms and slack, there’s voice rooms.

One of the very cool products and it is very useful for remote teams. Their walkie-talkie, guest-based chats, and transcription are some features. Nice balance b/w sync and async., 🎉🎁🎊

Live conversations do not have to be meetings most of the time when remote. A quick one minute live or async voice conversation can save hours of back and forth texting or time scheduling a call.
