Dragging Brendan's name into this messy agreement indicates the state knew the PC contained litigation worthy material relevant to litigation on Teresa's murder, but ultimately decided to keep the evidence under lock and key while taunting Barb and her family with the keys

Sowinski was strongly corroborated by other witnesses / evidence suggesting Manitowoc County didn't plant the RAV, but they knew it was planted & actively covered it up for years (along with a human cremation site and evidence of bone distribution on Manitowoc County land).

There's no SA bloody fingerprints, no passive drip trails or clusters, no blood link to RAV rear or items covering RAV ... just SA blood in a few odd spots along with unidentified prints and blood not linked to SA. It’s almost like SA wasn’t even there, but someone else was.
