Offering console players unconditional refunds is a decent gesture but they're still ignoring PC performance which for me is unplayable at times.
Addressing what they did it is a start but it's gonna be hard to repair the trust and reputation they damaged.

The state of the game isn't the main issue - even if you think it's excusable (which it isn't btw)
The main issue is that they lied about the state of the game on consoles, saying it was surprisingly good. Allowed no console reviews or footage pre release
