As of today, I have lost 315lbs, reversed type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. And I look and feel AMAZING!! God, I thank you!!

My ex used to say I need to get in the gym. Iโ€™d attempt to coordinate times for both of us. He wouldnโ€™t compromise but would go meet his ex at the gym. I was the ๐Ÿคก ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ whew the life Iโ€™ve experienced.
