1/ In an ideal musical environment (nurture), youthful songwriters would NATURALLY grow up into legitimate composers. They're now stunted by unnatural emphasis on commercial "songs" to the exclusion of other musical forms and genres. #classicalmusic

There are international piano competitions. So, why not set up a piano groups classroom? Call it a "piano gym," daily piano practicing sessions are "workouts," and piano class is a training session with the coach. Youths love competition.
