It's Denys Corbet's 200th anniversary today. We have a display all about him, featuring his poetry in Guernsey French about Le Déhus dolmen & the Mermaids of Petit Bot, with a free Mermaid wordsearch for the children. It's free and starts on Tuesday. #guernsey #poetry #libraries

Look what Miffy from @CandieMuseum brought into the Library today for the little ones, along with lots of other Victorian toys from their collection! This is a praxinoscope, the successor to the zoetrope. It was invented in France in 1877 #christmaspresents #guernsey

We're sorry, Soo Wellfair's book signing tomorrow has had to be cancelled due to delayed shipment of books from the UK, but the Priaulx Library is still open & the Liberation exhibition can be viewed in the garden. There's parking at the Library for visitors! #guernsey
