Recent events should challenge us to critically reflect/ actively listen more. These are NOT soft skills but complex actions needed for a democratic future facing education. We need to radically rethink their curriculum position. Our Explorers Guides embed within drama.

Our Explorer's Guide was once again designed by @lisa_stephenso to support teachers exploring the narrative with a helpful framework and a series of engaging creative activities. We also had valuable contributions from our patron @rapclassroom and @storyriver

I also argue in my researchthat visual skills are a foundational skill for reading. This includes visual attention, visual discrimination, visual memory and visual sequential memory. Reading is not just an auditory process @NC_MrStones

What a marvellous mentor you are, the classroom looks much tidier compared to when it was mine too! Good luck to your trainee.
