Meet Julia Pennington-Gilchrist, the North Region Teacher of the Year finalist whose impact extends far beyond the classroom. For 31 years, she has led with care and purpose, strengthening school communities and helping students thrive. At @FSWSkyway, her students consistently achieve at the highest levels, and through her leadership of Scholarship Sundays, she has helped students earn more than $100,000 in scholarships.
