We're joining @IDSA's Women In Design Virtual Deep Dive! Industrial Designer, Emily Stokes, joined by Design Intern, Alicia Kozlowski, & Stratasys partner Gina Scala to share a new project they're collaborating on together. Wednesday, October 7 at 12:20 > qoo.ly/38frwg
In the development of a new @scottslawn's handheld spreader, designers sketched many concepts to explore form, weight distribution, and user interaction. Where did they land? Check out the case study > qoo.ly/38d2ak#conceptsketch#idsketch#idsketching
Wolfgang is our digital knit programmer, running our STOLL 7.2 Multi-gauge machine. Digital knit solutions can offer a host of benefits - reduced seam abrasion, minimal fabric waste, & consistent output. Learn more about Digital Knitting Services > qoo.ly/38bqgr
Designed with a low profile, Bledsoe's injury prevention knee brace protects against the most common knee injury for linemen, damage to the MCL, which happens when the player is hit from the side.

Whether you need to continue to safely conduct in-person studies or opt to go virtual, our research team is flexible to meet the need while maintaining quality research standards. Learn more > qoo.ly/388h8i
We worked with @BriskHeat to design how a facility technician could modify and control a network of temperature control modules. The touchscreen lets the user customize maps of zones and update up to 1,024 zones at one central location. Learn more about > qoo.ly/384x8b
In our partnership with @stratasys we're testing out the J55, their latest polyjet 3D printing machine, to print color, texture and graphics directly into a single print. It allows us to create prototypes faster and realize designs with fewer steps.
Wearables are impacting industries with immense potential. These cross-disciplinary development efforts require a unique mix of specialties: soft textiles, hard goods, electrical components, conductive yarns, thoughtful construction (and more!) Learn more>qoo.ly/37xcfk
Virtual whiteboard, real whiteboard, notebook, Cintiq - wherever it happens, it all starts with an idea and a concept sketch. Communicating a vision is what our designers do best, and we love watching those ideas come to life.
With a silicone mold, our prototype specialists can create many, consistent parts on repeat. Multiple prototypes, different colors, different materials - whatever the need, urethane casting is a great solution for precision and consistency!

A plastic part can be critically important in a surgical setting. In the development of a new finger grip, engineers evaluated the part to ensure it would withstand necessary pressures and remain in place when the surgeon applied force to the syringe. qoo.ly/37ndqr
Cut-and-sew projects start with a pattern that can combine a variety of textiles including fabrics, foams, knits, or hard good components fabricated in the shop. The soft goods team takes all the components and sews pieces together in the sewing lab to create the final assembly.
Meet our newest Senior Mechanical Engineer, Kristian Villanueva! 👋 His passion for development is to create innovative products that people enjoy, and to make the world a better place through collaboration and great design. Welcome to the team!
It may not be the most exciting part of the process, but we can tell you from experience that shipping is not something you want to rush. The care that goes into packing & shipping helps make sure prototypes arrive looking as good as when they left the shop.
Our research team helps guide design & engineering innovation with studies from early contextual observations to one-on-one interviews, to human factors evaluations. 2020 has thrown some curveballs but, the team adapted quickly and has solutions ready. >qoo.ly/37d88z
The collaboration with our soft goods team & prototyping shop is what allows us to prototype functional, quality samples. Having specialists across patterning, seamless, compression molding, casting, machining means we can work quickly & solve problems. qoo.ly/379jqg
