Grabbed some more $WSR AH. IMO mgmt was wise to reject the lowball $15.20 bid. Sunbelt shopping centers (Austin/Dallas/Houston) are hot. I'll say this fetches $17.50-22 (6-7 cap). $BX $TPG $KIM $BRX $KRG $SITC

$CPT really buying back shares. 1.8% during 4Q25 & another 1% thus far in 1Q26.
Might Camden $CPT be the symbol (selling assets at 5 caps & buying back a meaningful chunk of stock at 6.5 ) #REITtown needs? Probably not...but maybe

Anyone follow Shurgard $SHUR $SHUR.BB ? Looks to trade @ ~7 cap. Strong SS NOI growth over the past decade Accretive development. Much lower per capita selfstorage in Europe vs. US. W/ $PSA trading in the low 5s I wonder if they are interested in buying the 65% they don't own

Added some more $BYG.LN to my $SHUR.BB. Can't get enough Euro #selfstorage ~6.7 cap (Stabilization of recently developed assets means cap prob closer to 7). Bulk of value is London. Seems like there should be upside occupancy from 81% for same-store port. Maybe $BX comes back
