Has anyone else been having issues with @Anthropologie’s customer service? It’s absolutely wild! I’m owed a refund and I’ve been trying to get it for WEEKS! Every time I chat with someone we get disconnected and they tell me I’ll get an email in 72 hours which I never get.

We have a reservation @thriftycars at Pearson and they’re telling us they have no cars. We’ve now seen FOUR other families get cars. Seems like they’re giving them to people who are walking in because they can charge them a higher rate. Anyone else experienced this?
