Websites can be cloned.
Emails/domains are harder to fake.
If someone is helping you make money, understand how they make theirs.

Connection → Credibility → Small win → Larger commitment
Call/message → proof (website, codes) → initial gain → pressure to scale.
At some point, funds are diverted or access is taken.
Fraud works when verification is skipped.
