Tech is now a daily part of the baseball training regiment. The #'s obtained are not absolutes,they are indicators. Use the #'s as a guide to ingrain the feel you are wanting and you will become the player you are intending to be. @DiamondKinetics @byrnes22 @HitTraxBaseball

Approach=Quality, hard contact consistently=DAMAGE. Get the "good" part of the bat on the "good" part of the ball, good things will happen. Keeping it simple WORKS!
