The @HeartInternet saga rolls on. At 16:14 27/03/2025, you changed the ticket status to OPEN and still no reply at Midday the next day, even chasing. I want old Heart back, and was told six months ago it was getting better. #stillwaiting and loyal, but costing me time/money now

QuickBooks does not have a direct upgrade path from QBSE to QBO, meaning you have to set up QuickBooks Online as a new account and transfer data manually.
Really> If I have to do it manually. I may as well switch to @Xero .
