#EquityAnalytics 2.0 is off to a great start! Introduced our 2x2 framework for meeting #TheEquityChallenge” – establishing disparity, determining cause(s), and building a case for specific change(s).
2x2 matrix. Columns are Differential Treatment (unequal behaviors, unequal outcomes) and Disparate Impact (equal behaviors, unequal outcomes). Rows are Allocations (matched to opportunity) and Valuations (evaluated and rewarded).
