What a whirlwind 10 days! We kicked off with an incredible Father-Inclusive Conference in Nottingham that I had the honour to chair thanks to @Profatarrant @ncitycare_SSBC, exploring how we can better support dads from all angles. We were joined by so many passionate people. Next stop, World Mental Health Day, where we joined events at both Harmony Hub and Maternity Services at UHCW NHS Trust. Raising awareness about dads' mental health and the importance of support was at the heart of it all. 🎓 Had the pleasure of delivering a guest lecture to Coventry University midwifery students, focusing on how they can support dads’ mental health and the critical role of a strong, supported family unit. Huge thanks to newly qualified midwife Lauren for sharing her thoughts on the importance of this! 💙Finally, I joined the Back and Forth - Men’s Mental Health Walk and Talk session, getting out in the fresh air and having powerful conversations about mental health and how we can all do more to support one another.
