I had an amazing morning working with teachers @cslang4all I am looking forward to see how these fabulous educators are going to share Mindful Movement with their classes, colleagues, and state organizations! It's not being the sage on the stage, but to share your passions, demonstrate how you use them in your world, and then learn about what other teachers do in order to continue to grow and thrive as an educator! No one is the expert, but we are all here to share our joy with each other!
